Here we are in our mostly nice buildings, with fairly comfortable seats, singing well written music engaging in the sometimes-more-than-occasional squabbles among “church people”, when there are millions unreached around the world.
ur travel was amazingly smooth, even arriving at our destination a bit early. Once again it was an opportunity to taste grace. It began with our brother Len who got up early to take us to the airport. It continued when he stopped at McDonald’s to treat us all to breakfast. Grace tastes a lot like an Egg McMuffin these days!

The Local Church must intentionally endeavor to evangelize the world. This requires the concerted effort of a God-ordained local church, not simply of an individual. Moreover, the missions agency is no substitute for the the local church. Simply put, God did not ordain an organization for world evangelization but an organism–the Church of the living God.
Why the emphasis on studying, believing, and preaching the Word? Simply because “faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God”! We are praying that God will awaken faith in the hearts of the lay-leaders and the pastors. We believe that the most powerful tool that we can provide is to equip these people with the Word of God for the sake of transforming lives for the glory of God!
